Topic: Mashup relationship = medley relationship?

I'm just adding the recording and work credits for this remix album and the thought came to me that since each track is a mix (mashup) of multiple tracks, could I or should I add all the works as a medley? Or is it possible to just add them as partial performance credits?

Not directly answering your question, but a DJ mix and a mashup are two subtlely different things (although it's more of a continuum between the two than a definite distinction) - are you sure it's a mashup? Mashups involve overlaying significant portions of two different tracks - a DJ mix usually only 1-30 seconds between end of one track and start of another.

As to your actual question, I think I'd probably use partial performances, but it is quite messy and I'm not sure we have any guidelines to cover this complex area. :/

Yeah, it's a DJ mix. The DJ isn't identified, though.
Time to do some cleanup...
