Your email address on both of these is only visible to you.

I've changed it from "masked" to "hidden" now.

As for the mailing lists, due to their very nature, it's not possible to hide email addresses. The only option there is to use a different email address

Yep, been using a jetable email for the mailing lists. Problem is, you have to create a new address whenever you want to post a message using nabble (not sure about replying directly to the email).
