While tracking down artist credits today I ran across this artist. It seems to me to best be a pseudo-artist. But I'm open to any advice or instruction on what to do with it (if anything).

I think it's there as a reference piece for the IPI code for public domain artists. You need not do anything with it; we don't have every public domain artist catalogued yet (as far as I know).

There is often a better choice than "DP" for an artist credited in any IWSC catalog as DP.
Sometimes the correct artist can be found with a little research and if that fails it should be often one of the unknown pseudo-artists.

For "Western Wind" the pseudo-artist "[traditional]" seems to be a better match:
