How to add a japanese Remix with more than one Title in one Track?

Hmmmm..... o_ö

Most Track Names by access are written in english language, so i presume, the english Parts are the actual Title Names. The Japanese Part is just a translation of the english part, as you have mentioned before and there are - AFAIK - no lyrics here, so how about this:

Track 1: 第一楽章 覚醒～CHEMICAL SYNAPSE, CHAOTIC NERVE, COMING OUT
Track 2: 第二楽章 混乱～QUANTUM TRIP, SPECTRAL MEMORY, TOUCH OFF
Track 3: 第三楽章 解放～BINARY EMISSION, FASCINATING ORBIT, TURN OVER

Alternately you could leave everything in japanese language, but i don't know how to list Title Names there. That's a bit tricky, i'd say... ^^° Too bad, we cannot add more than one Title to a Track... o_ö

I also like the Tracklisting from freedb, although i dunno if any guidelines are applicable on this one:

Thats the Guideline i wasnt able to find. Thanks! But does it make sense to add the extra Information 3 Times? I just found another Style Guideline, wich might be useful for this: Hob about combining the http://musicbrainz.org/doc/SubTitleStyle and the http://musicbrainz.org/doc/MedleyStyle like this:

Let me explain:

I looked after it and i think Dreamdanc3r made a mistake by when he was translating the extra information:

第一楽章 is the japanese writing for "Track 1" or "first movement".
第二楽章 is the japanese writing for "Track 2" or "second movement".
第三楽章 is the japanese writing for "Track 3" or "third movement.

But there is more Information available

Track 1 =  覚醒 = Awakening
Track 2 =  混乱 = Confusion
Track 3 =  解放 = Release

and that makes the writing befor the actual track something like a Mix Title. Or vice versa it makes the Parts to something like a sub title.

Edit: The correct name of course was 'CHAOTIC NERVE' not 'HAOTIC NERVE' hehe ^^°
