Artist photo

Hello,

Are there any plans to add a photo (thumbnail) to artist data?
Here's something similar:

(using it now for artists search on http://owndj.com, but the lastfm search API is poorly implemented, and they don't offer any support).

For reliability reasons, photo would have to be hosted on musicbrainz too.

If one would enable general public to submit a thumbnail for an artist, how would it be legally possible to have that thumbnail, e.g. http://userserve-ak.last.fm/serve/64/62737191.jpg , be public domain?
