Topic: Bug in last batch of edits applied?

Somehow this caused tracks 5 - 18 to get a bit munged. All the artists have been shifted. Anyone else see this as well?

Should I attempt to put the artists back to where they should be? Just leave it? Nothing has happened with the bug report but the releases are still serving up wrong data.

I am just guessing, might be an issue because the tracklist (http://musicbrainz.org/tracklist/1243077) is shared.

Applied fixes by hand, this should recreate the track list as it would've been should the bug not happened. Please feel free to vote on:

Unfortunately by fixing it you'll probably make it more difficult for the developers to work out what happened.

After considering that, and thinking about the possibility that the attempting to fix it could actually make it worse should be bug happen again, I've cancelled the edits.

On the other hand, who knows when it will be fixed :/ Having dodgy data in the DB goes against my nature too!

I think giving it some more time would be a good idea. At least a month anyway. If nothing happens with the bug after a while, I'll re-open the edits.

Bug was closed as unreproducible. http://musicbrainz.org/edit/17709892 and http://musicbrainz.org/edit/17709894 will correct the affecting releases (hopefully). Please feel free to vote them in as the releases have been incorrect now for more than a month.
