Topic: Match Compilation/Album Songs with unmatched Songs
Hi all,
i am new to MB Picard and i am really glad i found this tool/forum here. Excellent work btw :)
I know my subject may sound weird to you because that is what MB Picard should do, but...
I have approximately 2500 Songs in my library and 1794 of them are now messed up because i used tuneup Media the last days.
I have had really a lot of samplers and now after using tuneup all the songs have been retagged to the original album.
For example:
"The edge of heaven" by wham! was on compilation: Die Hit Giganten - Hits der 80er and is now tagged with
"The edge of heaven" on Album "Music from The Edge of Heaven" by Artist wham!
The result of using tuneup is, that i have about 1000 New Albums that no one needs and i want to retag my Music to get my Compilations/Samplers back.
I found out that i can use the Website to search a release (Die Hit Giganten - Hits der 80er) and use the "tagger"-Button to load this release into MB Picard.
My Question is:
Is there a way to automatically force MB Picard to search for these Songs in the "Unmatched Files" Folder on the left side of the Programm? This way it would be easy to retag my compilations. Right now i have to manually search through all the Songs and drag and drop them onto the Compilation on the right.
I really hope that anyone did understand my question :)
Cheers Mario
